Your Personal Information
The amount of personal information you provide to us is up to you. The vast majority of our site is available to visitors with no personal information recorded except for standard log files and cookies (see Visitor Log Information & Cookies below). To receive our company newsletter and other information you will need to provide your e-mail address.

Visitor Log Information & Cookies
Our site automatically collects log information from our visitors which include your IP address, the pages you are visiting, and your browser type. We collect this information and study the aggregate totals to know the total number of visitors and page views to the site, the geographic location of our visitors, the content that visitors are most interested in, and how to best optimize the viewing experience.

Registration
Most of the information on our site can be accessed as a visitor, but Kru Consortium members will need to register to access subscription-required content. When you register for the site, we collect information such as your email address and password.

Our site contains links to other websites not controlled by Kru Research. When you arrive at another site remember that Kru Research is not responsible for the privacy policies of these other sites. We encourage you to look for and review the privacy statements of each of these third party sites.

Community
Kru Research manages online open communities to facilitate peer-to-peer communication, education and support. These communities exist at LinkedIn, Facebook, and may include private communities in the future. Features include the ability to create and join groups, post text passages, upload video segments, and more. Remember that by design these communities are public, and any information you post in the community is viewable by all other members, visitors and may appear in search engine results.

Kru Research cannot guarantee the identity of other members in our online communities, nor can we validate the information they post online.

Newsletters
You may be offered the opportunity to receive e-mail newsletters produced by Kru Research and special offers from our approved partners. If you ever want to unsubscribe from future newsletters you can simply click the “Unsubscribe” link on the bottom of the newsletter.

Surveys and Market Research
You may have the option to take a brief survey. We use this information to better understand our users and to offer a better educational experience. Under no circumstances will we rent, sell or share your personal identity or individualized responses without your prior consent.

Kru Research has taken all commercially reasonable efforts to prevent against hackers, viruses, and other physical breaches of security.

Legal Reasons to Disclose Information
We may release personal information to a third party in order to comply with a search warrant, court order, subpoena, or other legally valid request.

Parental Advisory
Our sites are intended for a general audience and are targeted at adults. None of our websites are designed to attract children under the age of 13. A parent or guardian using information from our site for a minor is solely responsible for the interpretation and use of the information.

This privacy policy applies to information related to this website. It does not apply to general communications you email to Kru Research (including ideas for content, tools, new businesses, publicity, or revenue opportunities). Do NOT send confidential information to Kru Research via email.
